- practice Management: 5 years

Responsibility
- take on and run ad hoc projects as required by Partners
- assist in health and safety administration
- provide leadership to the 3 staff in the support team, ensuring they are working efficiently, providing the required service to the engineering teams and that they are happy and well supported in their roles
- insurance and contracts management
- car fleet - negotiate and manage acquisition and termination of contracts and any other incidental issues
- social media - write and publish posts in conjunction with engineers
