- design and engineering of all types of mechanical building services
- understand and interpret client design specifications and standards
- working within a design team to produce fully coordinated design information
- representing the company at design and site meetings with new and existing customers when required
- site attendance to see your projects through construction to completion with Site Health and Safety training provided
- problem solve, assess site conditions against produced design
- responsibility for the production of mechanical design packages for all building type sectors such as housing, retail, offices, education, healthcare, leisure, churches and light industrial
- general Office Duties such as greeting clients and visitors in a professional manner, handling incoming calls and other communications, coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings, performing other administrative support tasks
