  • input, match, batch and coding of invoices
  • our client, one of the leading integrated communications agency groups are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join their busy London team, in assisting with the smooth running of the purchase ledger function
  • resolving any invoice or payment anomalies
  • dealing with any supplier queries
  • setting up of new suppliers and managing their accounts
  • chasing authorisation of payments from budget holders and allocating payments
  • assist with processing the payment runs
