Responsibility

  • we are currently looking for a dynamic individual to join our Estates and Facilities team, as a EFM Administrator
  • we are looking for people who are happy to use their initiative and have great communication skills
  • you should have excellent customer service skills, be a great team player, be able to multi-task and prioritise
  • previous admin experience is essential
  • yeovil District Hospital is now part of Somerset NHS Foundation Trust
  • the hours per week will be 37.5, with the hours varying between 07:45 – 17:00
  • the role involves answering calls to the EFM Helpdesk, signing in contractors, answering the car parking intercom and providing admin support to the EFM management team
