Responsibility
- oversee all day-to-day store operations to ensure all Company standards are met, both Sales floor and Back of House
- creating decisive short and long term business plans that maximise sales in line with budgets and forecasts
- ensuring all team are well briefed on their responsibilities, and given constant supervision and motivation on all aspects of their work
- conduct management and team meetings, ensuring all the team are fully briefed and action points are recorded and achieved
- building and maintaining a capable team, all driven towards achieving the business objectives
- take responsibility to ensure that all employees are trained to the minimum legal requirements
- meeting Company’s financial expectations, managing cost control without compromising standards and the customers experience
- responsible for recruiting and selecting team members
