- manage and optimise the booking process for Gas & Insulation installations, ensuring efficient scheduling and timely completion
- liaise with customers, technicians, and contractors to coordinate installation appointments, ensuring a seamless customer experience
- maintain a detailed schedule, tracking progress and proactively addressing any scheduling conflicts or delays
- collaborate with various teams to allocate resources appropriately, ensuring a smooth workflow
- monitor installation quality and compliance, addressing any issues that may arise
- simply Eco Ltd seek an experienced Installation Bookings Assistant to join our team in our Birmingham office and oversee the scheduling and coordination of Gas & Insulation installation appointments
