Responsibility
- working with the Marketing Department to devise a clear marketing strategy for our core services
- key elements of the onboarding process for new firms
- client visit packages and fee amendments
- leading and coaching the BSU team, inspiring the team to reach consistently high standards
- monitoring service levels and quality of team performance to ensure Client and Member Firms receive a first class experience every time
- building and maintaining relationships with Client and Member Firms increasing knowledge and understanding of their business and providing consultative support to them
Requirements
- broad compliance and technical knowledge of the BSU core services
- knowledge of SMCR
- achieved or willing to progress towards Level 4 qualification
- capable of leading and delivering high standards
- ability to build relationships and stakeholder management skills at a senior level
- excellent written, verbal and face to face communication skills
- good IT skills
- A passion for problem-solving and building solutions
