Responsibility

  • design and sell custom bathrooms for homeowners and trade customers
  • design custom bathrooms for homeowners and trade customers
  • meet clients on site to understand their needs and any potential constraints of the project
  • have the ability to read architectural plans and create 3D designs
  • present design concepts and material options to clients and make revisions as necessary
  • actively support customers in making great product choices and suggesting design solutions that delight whilst also solving real problems
  • manage multiple projects at different stages of the design process without missing details

Requirements

  • an interior design/architectural background with some bathroom design experience
  • strong knowledge of the bathroom industry and construction process
  • ability to present your ideas confidently to customers with great written communication
  • comfortable speaking with clients, contractors and other stakeholders on the phone, in person and over email
  • experience using AutoCAD, SketchUp, InnoPlus or other 3D Visualisation tools
  • interior Design/Architecture: 1 year
  • proven record of meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales targets
  • sales: 1 year
