- previous sales experience in a call centre environment
- self- motivated & Proactive
- IT experience
- able to work under pressure whilst maintaining sales results
- you will need to work well in a team and on your own
- have excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- proven track record in sales calling and conversion results
- ability to influence others
Contract type
- this position is heavily sales based, you will be expected to deal with a minimum level of referrals per day whilst maintaining a conversion rate that the business identifies to you
