Responsibility
oversee the delivery of home healthcare services to ensure quality standards are met
recruit, train, and manage staff, ensuring that all employees have proper qualifications and are compliant with regulations
monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and requirements
promote and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and other healthcare provider
continuously evaluate service delivery, identify ways to improve services and make recommendations to management as required
develop a team of staff, provide regular supervision and guidance, and ensure that the team is trained and supported to deliver high-quality care to our clients
plan, coordinate and manage schedules and rotas for staff, ensuring that client needs are met and that staffing levels are appropriate throughout the day
