Responsibility

  • oversee the delivery of home healthcare services to ensure quality standards are met
  • recruit, train, and manage staff, ensuring that all employees have proper qualifications and are compliant with regulations
  • monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and requirements
  • promote and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and other healthcare provider
  • continuously evaluate service delivery, identify ways to improve services and make recommendations to management as required
  • develop a team of staff, provide regular supervision and guidance, and ensure that the team is trained and supported to deliver high-quality care to our clients
  • plan, coordinate and manage schedules and rotas for staff, ensuring that client needs are met and that staffing levels are appropriate throughout the day
