Responsibility

  • to respond to all guest inquiries within an hour during regular business hours in order to upkeep our response rating
  • to respond to guest reviews when required
  • to undertake pre-arrival house spot checks to ensure properties are presented to company standards
  • to ensure cleaning portal schedules are up to date to prevent missed cleans
  • to ensure properties have adequate supplies for upcoming rentals
  • to assist in the launch of new properties which will include the set up of in home property tablets, smart locks, organising property photo shoots and setting up the property listings across multiple rental platforms

Requirements

  • salary - £23,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience
