- maintain inventory of flowers, plants, and supplies

- provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- keep the shop clean and organized
Requirements
- previous experience as a Florist or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and floral design techniques
- strong artistic abilities with an eye for color, texture, and composition
- ability to sell products and upsell additional services to customers
- organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively
- physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy flower arrangements or plants
- knowledge of basic gardening techniques is desirable
