Responsibility

  • property Operations: Manage day-to-day operations of the property, including tenant relations, rent collection, lease enforcement, and property maintenance
  • maintenance and Repairs: Coordinate and oversee property maintenance, repairs, and renovations. Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
  • vendor Management: Source and manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, and vendors for property-related services, such as maintenance, landscaping, and security
