Working hours

Responsibility

  • customer Contact
  • to Ensure all case notes and system are kept up to date
  • all relevant documentation to be checked before submitting to lenders and stored on the system
  • you will be working alongside an existing team of administration staff to support Mortgage & Protection Advisors located in the Milton Keynes and Bedford area. Full Training will be provided
  • from first contact to updating the client of their mortgage and Protection progression, throughout the client journey you will be required to maintain regular contact with clients, good communication and customer service skills are essential
  • you will be involved in the progression of mortgage applications and be expected to liaise and coordinate with, lenders, estate agents, solicitors as well as working closely with the in house mortgage consultant team, providing updates when required
