- upsell SIMIAN products to both new and existing customers
- respond to customer queries and questions via telephone and email
- to interact with new and existing customers over the telephone to provide information about our new and existing products and services, with a view to increasing sales
- arrange appointments for BDM’s and manage diary appointments
Requirements
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- advanced level MS package user
- strong attention to detail for inputting sales data
- knowledge of Safeguarding, Prevent and Equality and Diversity
- strong presentation skills
- previous Sales experience
- excellent time management and organisation skills
- sales and Marketing Qualification
