  • workshop manager

Responsibility

  • manage daily workshop operations and staff
  • support the Depot General Manager in business operations
  • develop and maintain customer relationships
  • oversee estimates, quotes, invoices, and necessary authorisations
  • develop systems to promote compliance and efficiency
  • assist in data analysis and presentation
  • monitor and review service charges and financial performance
  • support HR management and project implementation

Requirements

  • IRTEC Licence
  • proven track record in a Heavy Goods Vehicle Workshop or equivalent
  • HNC/HND in a Motor Vehicle-related subject
  • NVQ Level III or equivalent
  • level III Electric Vehicles qualification
  • hands-on approach with ownership of the role
  • class II HGV Licence
  • strong vehicle maintenance and workshop management experience
