Requirements
- qualified Architect or Architectural Technician with sufficient years' experience, and member of their governing body - ARB, RIBA, CIAT
- experience of leading multiple project teams
- able to work through all RIBA work stages
- experience of using AutoCAD
- proficient with SketchUp, MS Office suite, Adobe Suite
- minimum 2-5 years post part III experience
- residential experience including the early-stage concept development and masterplan layouts
- experience of working in teams from inception to completion
Responsibility
- responsible for preparing design reports and presentations
- attending internal and external meetings with local authorities, appeals teams as necessary to progress planning applications
