dealing with customer telephone enquiries
accurately process orders
liaising with suppliers; logistics and/or couriers for timely delivery and keeping customers updated on any delivery issues
assist customers with order collections
liaising with colleagues
any other general admin duties deemed necessary

excellent telephone manner and communication skills
strong customer service skills with focus on providing a first class service
experience within a sales/customer service environment would be advantageous
