- dealing with customer telephone enquiries
- accurately process orders
- liaising with suppliers; logistics and/or couriers for timely delivery and keeping customers updated on any delivery issues
- assist customers with order collections
Requirements
- excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- strong customer service skills with focus on providing a first class service
- experience within a sales/customer service environment would be advantageous
- good organisation skills and ability to prioritise
- ability to work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues
- good attention to detail and problem solving skills
- good geographical knowledge
