process all holiday requests and ensure accurate records are kept and employees informed of holiday balances
complete weekly and monthly labour analysis reports and ensure copies are provided to key stake holders within the agreed timescales
complete monthly overtime and holiday premium reports are completed and sent for processing by payroll within the agreed timescales
issue pre-training commitments prior to employees starting company sponsored training and issue bonding agreements once complete
process all sickness forms and ensure accurate records are kept, return to works are completed and line managers are informed of any concerns over absence levels according to the Bradford Factor
organise car hire, hotel accommodation and flights for employees when required
set up new starters on all company platforms and create induction plans for their first weeks, including providing new starter information and issuing ID Passes and security access
managing company correspondence including phone calls, emails, letters and packages. Prioritise and distribute communications to the appropriate person or relevant department/person
Requirements
