  • to generate and qualify leads, both self-sourced and from existing sales pipeline
  • to develop new business opportunities and stimulate new markets
  • to provide presentations to new and existing clients
  • to provide effective account management and retention of a growing portfolio of clients
  • to understand our complimentary services and be able to confidently make recommendations, and successfully scope out solutions for new and existing clients

Requirements

  • preferred skills/qualifications/experience
  • market development experience within interpretation and translation industry
  • fluent in British Sign Language
  • good business and commercial acumen
  • the ability to produce professional and pertinent proposals
  • the ability to develop and nurture effective business relationships with prospects, clients and in-house colleagues
