Requirements
- previous face-to-face customer service experience in a retail or hospitality setting is advantageous
- you will have an approachable and friendly demeanour
- you are able to work as part of a team
- you will be self-motivated but willing to take instruction if given
- willing to contribute to other tasks required such as during stock-takes, store refurbs or events
- retail sales: 1 year
- hospitality: 1 year
- willing to work Monday to Sunday on a rota basis. Working hours are 10 days over a 14-day period Monday to Sunday
Responsibility
- inform the shop supervisors of any maintenance needed e.g., light bulbs
- when required help with ticketing and tagging when new stock arrives
- attend regular shop meetings and training sessions, as and when required
