Responsibility
- assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to elicit the preferences and requirements of consumers
- liaise with the upper management on business methods, products and target customer groups to identify marketing requirements
- establish an appropriate quantitative and qualitative market research methodology
- prepare marketing proposals outlining costs involved and actions to be undertaken
- undertake market research, competitor analysis and inform upper management of the findings
- discuss possible changes that need to be made in terms of design, price, packaging, promotion etc. in light of market research
- inform upper management on the progress of advertising campaigns and suggest potential modifications to improve market presence and maximise sales
Education
- bachelor's
Requirements
- A minimum experience of 2 Years in a Business Development
- any diploma/degree in Marketing is preferred
- excellent communication skills and the ability to network with both customer and Management
- adaptability and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- strong attention to detail
- good organisation, planning and marketing techniques
