Have to constantly chase up jobs that need doing in the house. It's reported then deleted from the app. Maintance people do not get back to you and don't keep you informed. Ridiculous

Do you have any information about how many times you have reported the same issue? Any idea why the maintenance team deletes the reported issues from the app without resolving them?
