Responsibility
- develop and implement strategies to achieve financial goals and maximize profitability
- ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues or complaints
- hire, train, and supervise staff members, including assistant managers and other team members
- monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies are available
- collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and ensure smooth operations
- implement and enforce health and safety regulations to provide a safe environment for staff and guests
- oversee and manage all aspects of the bar operations, including staff training, stock control, marketing strategies and liasing with local reps to maximise profitability and sales
- stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations
Requirements
- proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably with expertise in large bars and restaurants
- strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff members, guests, and other stakeholders
- exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- sound financial acumen with the ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions
- supervising experience: 1 year
- restaurant management: 1 year
- bar management: 1 year
