Requirements
- at least 2 years’ experience in a Customer Service based role
- passion for customer service
- ideally 1 years' experience in an administrative and/or telephone-based role
- communication & Interpersonal Skills
- diary management and planning experience
- administration with excellent attention to detail
- experience of sales, converting opportunities and providing quotations
- ability to work as part of a team
