Responsibility

  • as our Warehouse Operations Manager you will be responsible for the management of our overall E-commerce operations
  • manages the growth and success of the business by ensuring a smooth operations of the warehouse
  • maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
  • ensure safe, efficient and productive operations
  • directly manages and directs all the Warehouse Operational staff
  • coordinates activities that affect operational decisions and business requirements
  • serve as a company representative on regulatory issues
  • plans, schedules, and reviews workload and manpower to make sure targets are being met on a cost-effective basis

Requirements

  • prior Managerial Experience of warehouse setting is highly advantageous
  • highly Organised & self-motivated
  • production and Planning Skills
  • understanding of Stock Management Systems
  • ability to Manage Time and Workload Effectively
  • excellent Communication Skills, Both Written and Verbal
  • leadership Skills
  • people management: 3 years
