Responsibility
- completing EQMS checks at start of shift and changeover of products
- filling in paperwork compliance documentation
- operation of machinery including cooker vessels, mixers, flow wrap
- follow all the Company’s Health & Safety rules and guidelines at all times
- ensure all the relevant HACCP, quality, specification and GMP procedures are always followed, achieving the required standards
- maintain a high standard of hygiene at all times, as specified in the Company’s hygiene procedures
- be responsible for the area in which you work by being organised and ‘Cleaning as You Go’
- palletise finished goods using pallet patterns
Requirements
- knowledge of the food industry preferred but not essential
- food Safety Level 2
- health & Safety training
- good timekeeper
- good work ethic/attitude
- able to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
- good team player
- adaptable and flexible to working shifts
