  • we are looking to recruit an experienced repairs Team Leader to work in our Oswestry area
  • you will be able to demonstrate excellent customer service delivery

  • you will have extensive knowledge in both responsive and void repair processes, together with an ability to manage a trade team with an emphasis on performance management
  • the successful applicant will also be required to take part in our Supervisors out of hour’s rota for which there is an additional payment
  • you should hold a relevant qualification in a construction related subject , or be able to demonstrate a minimum of 5 years’ experience within a similar management role
