Responsibility
- provide technical support and repairs to customers, ensuring their mobility scooters and other mobility products are functioning safely and efficiently
- maintain accurate records of all service and repair work carried out
- conduct pre-delivery inspections and testing of mobility scooters and other products
- assist with stock management and inventory control
- communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, providing excellent customer service at all times
- from time to time, you will be required to help in the delivery of mobility scooters and other mobility products, where required, to customers across Shropshire and the surrounding areas
Requirements
- valid UK driving licence
- experience in mechanical or electrical engineering, preferred
- experience in diagnosing and repairing technical faults is not essential but is preferred. Training will be provided
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- good organisational skills and attention to detail
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- willingness to work flexible hours
