Responsibility

  • day to day running of any given section
  • ensure consistency of food quality and presentation as set by head chef
  • maintaining cleanliness, stock control and and organisation/standards of their section
  • assisting with ordering on a daily basis whilst keeping in mind stock usage
  • take part in training schemes if required
