Responsibility

- our Showcase team requires an Assistant Event Manager to support the Event Manager with planning all elements of our Showcase events
- it involves management of the whole process from the planning stage, the event itself and post-event evaluation
- the role is very hands-on and involves working as part of a team
- produce proposals, contracts, and event sheets for each brand partnership
- manage and coordinate suppliers and all event logistics
- showcase is the UK’s fastest growing physical off-price and sample sale partner working with premium luxury brands like Aspinal of London, Stella McCartney, and Mulberry to run flash/pop up sales
- management of fulfilment process for online events
