Responsibility

  • work in the transport team ensuring all vehicle movements meet the required Service level agreements for the customer
  • answering phone calls, emails and dealing with enquiries
  • liaise with both our own drivers and sub-contractors and ensure all paperwork is correctly managed
  • log all invoices and delivery notes accurately on the auction database
  • book deliveries and collection with 3rd party suppliers and ensure they meet our required SLAs
  • ensure the transport department deals with and all vehicle movements and accurately records the information
  • ensure all telephone enquiries, emails and problems regarding transport are dealt with in accordance with set standards
  • undertake any ad-hoc tasks as necessary to meet the needs of the business
