Responsibility

  • menu planning and development, budgets, food safety whilst leading and developing the kitchen team
  • manage the day to day running of the kitchen
  • provide creative input into new ideas and food styles
  • able to work comfortably across all sections within the kitchen
  • proven experience of delivering hospitality and events
  • provide other chefs with training and teach new skills to encourage development
  • understand and work towards the needs of the business
  • providing the highest possible standards of innovative food
