Requirements
it is essential to have the relevant experience in an International Business at a supervisory level or equivalent
demonstrable evidence of analysis and interpretation of data
strong insight into business analysis and business process redesign with experience of completing process reviews through to successful practical roll out
knowledge and experience of all methods of payment and the different payment channels for receiving customer payments
experience in measuring and directing performance, guided by sound analysis of information and statistics
able to focus on quality and key deliverables
excellent communication is essential to be successful in this role
detailed working knowledge through to the practical application of the latest industry standards in relation to billing and collection of income and debtor management
Responsibility
manage a small team to ensure service delivery efficiency and excellence across all collections operations
as part of this role you will provide management with timely and accurate reporting that includes forecasting, performance, trend metrics and actionable management information and act as an escalation point to support the team
