- secretary/PA required. Audio Typewriting Experience is essential. IMMEDIATE START
- mustbe able to multi task and well under pressure as this is a very fast paced role
- must have good local knowledge of the area, i.e., Suffolk and East Anglia, in order to logistically plan jobs and staff
- must have the ability to organise staff and jobs, liaising with clients and juggling workloads at short notice
- answering the telephone, respond to the callers and react accordingly
- emails – frequently check these and respond/pass them on
- raise Job Sheets and specifications for the staff and print off the RAMS to go with them
- audio Typing/ Minute taking using the Philips Speech exec system. The MD will dictate quotes and you will be expected to type them in a timely fashion – This will take up the majority of your time so the candidate must be experienced in typing
