Responsibility

- investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions
- prepare detailed reports on safety performance, including incident rates, trends, and recommendations for improvement
- collaborate with management and employees to address safety concerns and develop effective solutions
- conduct safety meetings and training sessions to educate employees on safe work practices
- stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
