Responsibility
- take day to day responsibility for updating assessments and plans
- support young people to reflect on progress and achieve good outcomes
- provide individual support to young people
- facilitate group sessions
- identify, support and prepare young people to participate in other participation opportunities within the Shine Project, including mentoring and group work
- identify, support and prepare young people to participate in SJMT beyond the Shine Project to steer policy, plans and reports
- work flexibly, including evenings and some weekends
- have the ability to support, challenge and actively involve young people, families or professionals appropriately and successfully support processes to match young people to volunteer mentors
