Responsibility

• to deliver high quality and inclusive English teaching and learning
• to prepare relevant course/subject materials
• to use a variety of delivery methods that will stimulate learning appropriate to student needs

• develop resources, support teaching programmes and deliver on a number of AQA unit award schemes as required
• prepare students for Functional Skills and GCSE examinations
• to provide active support to individual learners
• maintain knowledge of new developments in the curriculum, courses and teaching practices and keep course materials
• reporting to: Managing Director
• to provide accurate and timely formative assessment and feedback to learners, and maintain assessment records, including tracking and reporting of learner progress
• prepare for and take full part in 1-1 reviews with line manager
• understanding and demonstrating adherence to all Shine practices and policies

Requirements

• E- QTS or QTLS
• E- Excellent spoken and written language skills with English
• E- Clear diction
