- support the coordination of recruitment/onboarding of new staff
- maintain complete personnel files for all employees in line with the Company’s policies and procedures
- comply with the regulations and requirements of the CQC and Ofsted
- process DBS applications for all new starters and existing employees as required
- operate office equipment such as computers and scanners as required
- role: Office Administrator
- location :ShineCare Head Office,Whickham, Newcastle, North-East England
- participate in staff meetings, as and when required
Requirements
- strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships
- some knowledge of working in a confidential setting
- excellent organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- an ability to learn new skills and develop within the role
- previous experience of working in a similar environment is preferred, but not essential
