Responsibility

  • plymouth or hybrid with 1-2 days in the office
  • £50,000 to £56,000 per annum
  • shift is a rapidly growing marketplace disrupting the logistics industry
  • our teams create solutions using technology to solve everyday logistics problems
  • lead and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective for multiple teams
  • we have an entrepreneurial ethos and focus on investing and developing cutting edge technology
  • coach teams on Agile principles and practices to ensure a consistent understanding and implementation across the organisation
  • foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation within the teams

Requirements

  • prior experience working as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role, preferably in a scaling environment
  • great communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate discussions, resolve conflicts, and interact with stakeholders
  • experience in guiding, mentoring, and leading Agile teams to achieve high-performance and delivery
  • excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artefacts
  • outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
  • awareness of start-up / tech growth business culture
