Responsibility
- plymouth or hybrid with 1-2 days in the office
- £50,000 to £56,000 per annum
- shift is a rapidly growing marketplace disrupting the logistics industry
- our teams create solutions using technology to solve everyday logistics problems
- lead and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective for multiple teams
- we have an entrepreneurial ethos and focus on investing and developing cutting edge technology
- coach teams on Agile principles and practices to ensure a consistent understanding and implementation across the organisation
- foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation within the teams
Requirements
- prior experience working as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role, preferably in a scaling environment
- great communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate discussions, resolve conflicts, and interact with stakeholders
- experience in guiding, mentoring, and leading Agile teams to achieve high-performance and delivery
- excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artefacts
- outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
- awareness of start-up / tech growth business culture

- an ability to work calm under pressure and ability to think on your feet
