- keeping in regular contact with all potential clients, updating records accordingly
- negotiating offers between applicants and closing deals as well as seeing them through to completion
- answering general enquiries from applicants
Requirements
- experience in the sales or conveyancing market
- excellent telephone manner with an eagerness to answer high call volumes and work under pressure
- A passion and interest in property
- excellent negotiation and Influencing skills
- commitment to serving high standards
- ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
- have a good knowledge of the area and live within a reasonable commutable distance from the branch
- hold a full current UK Driving License
