• arranging payment of parking for sub-contractors or colleagues on site/attending meetings
• handling all associated council related administration at completion stage
• updating in-house system and databases with actions and activities
• reviewing online site/office messaging system

Responsibility

Requirements

• proven PA experience of working directly for a CEO/Managing Director, ideally from an SME environment
• strong communication and interpersonal skills
• clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
