- as a Fleet Account Handler, you will play a crucial role in overseeing a fleet of London taxis and managing a team of valued drivers
- respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- work closely with Finance Department to liaise regarding customer payment queries
