Responsibility

  • registering customers and dealing with enquiries
  • booking lettings market appraisals
  • we are looking for the right person to come and join the team in our Reeds Rains Sheffield City Living office as a Lettings Negotiator
  • the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year Estate Agency experience with a proven track record in hitting targets and delivering results
  • booking and conducting Lettings viewings
  • passion, a great work ethic and the ability to work under pressure and meet targets are the main attributes to be successful in this role
  • booking mortgage appointments
  • we are part of the National Home Move franchise which is a 65 branch network across the UK and is headed up by some of the best people in the industry
