- able to work to tight, demanding deadlines and customer demands
- degree level or equivalent in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering preferred, with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in the Design of electrical systems and integration, design issue resolution etc
- ability to work effectively within an integrated project team

- optimise the design solutions, based on the correct balance of cost, quality, manufacturability, serviceability, and performance
