Responsibility

  • responsible for the management and development of the property services of the three WAES Centres at Lisson Grove, Pimlico and Amberley
  • ensure compliance with all Health and Safety regulations in respect of safety, security, cleanliness and maintenance of all WAES buildings
  • responsible for all day to day running of the premises managed by WAES including maintenance, security, health and safety, insurance/risk assessment and all facilities management
  • to be a principal key holder, controlling key sites including the routine and non-routine opening as required by the Alarm Company and/or police and Head of Service
  • responsible for the procurement and purchasing of furniture and equipment to ensure that best value for money is always at the forefront of decisions
