fabricator welder
Responsibility
- fabrication and development of Steel Fabrication, Framework and Structural Steelwork
- MIG & TIG Welding with a range of material including Mild Steel, Aluminium and Stainless Steel
- operation of workshop equipment including guillotines, drills, saws, punches
- adherence to all Health & Safety policies and procedures
- provide guidance to apprentices and work well with all the team
- completion of quality procedures
Requirements
- apprentice trained
- experienced fabrication shop background
- fully understand engineering drawings
- be competent MIG welding
- have experience in using various fabrication equipment including guillotines, punches & press brakes
- proven fabrication competency skills and certification
- ability to work unsupervised and possess a logical and thorough approach to all aspects of H&S and production
- A good Health and Safety awareness and experience
