Responsibility

  • you will provide staff with regular on-going training programmes and be a stakeholder in quality & ethical audits
  • you will lead and coach a team of operatives, implementing a series of KPIs that will deliver maximum efficiencies from sampling, through to bulk production
  • production schedule & log: you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the production schedule, collaborating with key stakeholders in sales and senior management roles delivering according committed customer deadlines
  • warehousing: Collaborating with the warehouse manager, you will ensure a smooth booking-in process of goods produced and assist with container in-takes
