Responsibility
- support Practice Growth: Assist in the implementation of marketing strategies, including patient referral programs, social media engagement, and community outreach
- patient Interaction: Warmly greet patients and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage patient check-ins, appointments, and provide clear information about our services
- scheduling & Coordination: Efficiently manage the clinic’s appointment calendar, including scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments. Coordinate with the dental and skin care teams to ensure smooth patient flow and minimal wait times
