Responsibility

  • planning and cascading the training timetable with clients and colleagues
  • working as part of a close-knit team
  • dealing with incoming correspondence and manage outgoing correspondence ensuring tracking ID records are kept
  • organising and sharing the training timetable with clients and colleagues
  • ensure workbooks and paperwork are printed in a timely manner and the private security training standards are followed
  • answering telephone/email enquiries from both clients and suppliers
  • ensure documents & learner workbooks filing procedures are adhered to
  • greeting visitors, answering queries and processing payments
